Everyone says that you will never love anything as much as you will your own child. Everytime a parent shares this with me I shake my head in agreement. But I never knew what they meant until Ella Reese laid in my arms. Every gaze, every smile, every coo melts my heart and makes me want to hold her closer.
What an amazing and wonderful gift from the Lord she is to us! It is profound to us that He knit her together in my womb; designed for our joy and meant to glorify Him.
Here is a photo gallery of pictures from her birth through last week. She will be 10 weeks this coming Tuesday. It has passed by so quickly and at the same time it feels as if she has been with us for years.
