In other news: Mom has arrived and we are busy busy around the Prince home. Mom has discovered the joy of baking and she is loving our oven making cookeis and breads. Doss Wedding pictures will be up by this weekend, ...for peeps who have been asking! Ella Reese can say Lon Mann and Sharon Mann ( my sister and bro in law). Yesterday I was curious and asked her to say Da Da Prince...and she did! So she can also say Ma Ma Prince, Dean Prince and sometimes Ella Prince. So cute! I took Dean to get his vaccine shots today and he cried like a baby...ha!

Happy 4 Months!

Dean is four months old today. I can hardly believe it! He is such a joy to us and we are crazy about this little guy.

Some fun four month facts:

-Sleeping 11 to 12 hours, waking up just about the same time as Ella Reese around 8 or 8:30.

-Gives me a huge grin or giggle when our eyes meet or when I get him from his crib. I can get him to crack up laughing if I hit the right tickle spots.

-Loves to look at things upside down. Likes having his head cranked all the way back when I am holding or nursing him.

-Likes to watch Ella Reese play around him

-Is eating like a champ and growing like a weed!

I started him in the exersaucer for some play time. Of course I had to stick a blanket around his waist for extra support,..but he likes it. I like this pic of his feet for some reason.
Of course once ER saw it, she HAD to get in it.

Fun 22 month old facts :

- Since about a month ago she started putting the word "nie", pronounced as knee, behind a lot of her words. We don't know why. And it took me about a week to understand what she was saying to me. Snack- nie, blank-nie, help-nie ( which sounds like she is saying help me), juice-nie.

-She likes to count to 10 with me. Of course, after 2 she likes to jump straight to 5 and 6...but it is cute.

-She started dancing with me. She'll take me hands and twist them or swing them back and forth and kind of swing her hips. She also yesterday started to really try to sing. It is really just her normal jibber jabber but in a high pitch tone and holding a key.

-She has started screaming. Started one day when Ryan was tickling her and she hit a high note. Since then she likes to hear herself scream and then will say "no cream"...which means no screaming.

-We moved the kids together in the same room this past Sunday. Which I was nervous about, but they both are doing great together. The first night together I cold hear ER scolding Dean from her crib saying " no no..toy, no no". Dean was hitting a toy in his crib that makes a noise and she was telling him no.

You may ask, why in the world would you put a 4 and 22 month old together?! Well, my mom is coming in about a week to stay with as a few months! Yippee! Dad and mom are praying about their ministry in Asia right now and might be returning back to the states to see what else God has in store for them.

So mom is going to spend some time with us in K-ville while Dad stays in Hong Kong to continue praying and seeking the Lord's will.

Trucks and Bikes

More Memorial Day pics~ Ella Reese LOVES Ryan's truck. Or mostly to play in it. I take her out every afternoon in her swinsuit and we play with the hose and her new bikes, and she ALWAYS wants to play in the truck.

Old and New Part IV

This is the last of this series. I think I am pretty caught up...

On our way home from Philly we stopped off in Virginia to visit Ryan's grandparents for a few days.

On Pappy's boat. I was at the house with Dean. I slept the entire morning and afternoon and took a shower. It was soooo nice, since I NEVER get to do either of those things during my days.

...in a suitcase! We were unprepared.

The first night we were there, ER cried a bit when I put her down. When I went up to check on her, I had to grab something in the room and my foot bumped into something on the floor in the dark. It was Ella Reese alseep on the floor! Somehow she had gotten out of her pack n play and fell back asleep on the floor!

Nana Prince

NEW:

Memorial day we went outside and after playing in the hot sun, Ryan started spraying ER with the hose. It was so fun and made for some really cool pictures. This is what Dean did the entire time... very soon, my son, you will be running around too...

I don't know how the camera did this to the background below, but I think it is really cool. I was messing with my aperature settings.

Water fun!

This water was soooo cold! I can't believe she didn't get sick! I really love this one.
I was really impressed with my camera after I took these pics. I couldn't believe how it captured every drop of water!

You will never guess where I took these pictures...guess.

In the bathtub! Can you believe that! I have always wanted clear pics of bathtime fun but the lighting is always really dim and yellow. Well, I was foolin around with my new flash and I finally got a hang of it here.

I was in complete shock when I saw these. They look like they could have been taken with a backdrop and those huge lights that portrait places use.

Needless to say, I LOVE my new flash. I took some pcitures of Dean a little bit ago and it was completely dark inside. Curtains drawn, no lights on and they turned out as if it was a sunny day and I had all the windows open. Love it...

Reading on her big girl bed. Which she does not sleep on yet. She likes to pretend to go night night in it and likes to read on it.


I shot the Doss wedding this past weekend. It was a blast and the photos turned out really nice! It will take a week or so till I post those,...still working on them.
