Reading in PJ's

The kids often wake up and read first thing before breakfast. Well, Ella reads to Dean. It is so sweet....

I love that the kids are so close in age now. When they were younger it was hard. Really hard. Now, I LOVE. They play together for hours and I never know what things they will come up with. They do like to do this a lot though. Make little houses or forts, then fill it with dress up clothes, dolls, toys etc... It is super cute but a mess to clean up. You can see Ella's head under the far left chair. They brought up their pillows, Pj's, and clothes to change into when they "wake up". I know when they scurry by quietly and quickly with piles and bags of stuff they are up to something catastrophic.

Dean putting on his clothes ON TOP of his Pj's. Which my one concern was that if he had to use the bathroom, he would not undress in time to make it. He did end up putting on his jeans over top too...

Out of the Depths....

Out of the Depths of motherhood, pregnancy, and just busy days I emerge to post these super fun pics from Dean's 4th Birthday party. His Birthday is actually Feb 12th, but baby Olivia is due on the 13th....so we thought it would be wise to celebrate earlier so we could actually celebrate it. So here they are, a Star Wars party for Dean! The kids watch the movies over the winter break and loved it.

Brenda kept the kids over night. So I was able to get things all ready and it was all surprise to Dean.

I found this cheapo mask for Dean for $1.99 at party city.

Dean's Birthday cake! When I asked him what flavor he wanted the cake to be, vanilla or chocolate, he said, "Yoda.". Me: "You want the cake to TASTE like Yoda?". Dean: " Yes, with yiddle white hairs". Since Yoda has white hairs. I wanted to at least dye the cake green, but remembered after I pulled the cake out of the oven. Oops. Well, Dean didn't even notice!

We are waiting for the kids to come in. Ryan put on Dean's Darth Vadar mask and we have star wars music blaring.

Brenda sewed this outfit! It is a Padame outfit. She also made Ella a Princess Laya outfit the day before last minute, and also made Bill an Anniken outfit. She is amazing!
